1st Call for Weddings is a privately owned business based in Pangbourne, Berkshire, roughly forty miles from London. We aim to provide a very personal service to all our customers and pride ourselves in total customer satisfaction. Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Simply browse through our catalogue, click on any items you wish to buy and add them to your shopping cart. When you have made your selection, click on "Checkout" to complete the purchase. You will be asked for a few details that we need to satisfy the order.

We accept payment by Switch, Visa or Mastercard. You have the choice of completing your purchase in a range of currencies including pounds sterling and US dollars. If your preferred currency is not listed, simply place your order in pounds or dollars and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your local currency.

Should you prefer to pay by cheque, full payment must be received before your order is dispatched.

Pricing

All prices on this web site are quoted in pounds sterling.

Shipping & Handling

Shipping within the UK is charged as follows: Gown covers £2.50. Shoes, handbags, tiaras, veils £3.10. Wedding boxes £5.50 Petticoats £5.50. Dry cleaning service £20.00 (this is to collect & return to you by insured courier on a day & place of your choice Monday to Friday).

Delivery Schedule

Delivery times vary. Rainbow Club shoes will normally be delivered within seven working days of placing an order. Veils and tiaras may take 2-3 weeks, boxes 3-4 weeks unless you are ordering a travel box & need it urgently which can be organised for an extra £5. Please advise us if your wedding is imminent.

Items Not In Stock

If an item is not in stock, you will be e-mailed with the delivery date & the option to cancel your order or to wait for the item to come in.

Returns Policy

Any tiara or veil that is faulty will of course be replaced as a matter of urgency. Should you wish to return a standard design there is a handling charge of £10. It is not possible, however, to return any item that has been made to order.

Should it be necessary to return shoes because of a fault they will of course be replaced as a matter of urgency. If shoes need to be changed for another size or style, there will be no charge but we do deduct £6 from refunds to help towards the postage & card charges.

This site uses Worldpay, a secure server employing the latest Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 128-bit encryption.

Warranty

All products sold through this site are covered by their original manufacturer's warranty.
