Helpful hints:
1. Always specify daylight or artificial light depending on whether the event is in the day or the evening.
2. The swatch for colouring should be at least 2 inches by 2 inches
3. Rainbow Club strongly advise a fabric protector to ensure coloured shoes/handbags are water resistant and to help insure colour does not come off on hot feet and hands. However, if you intend to re-dye the shoes at a later date to a darker colour you should not use the protector as it will prevent the new dye from being absorbed.
4. Rainbow Club only guarantees the dyeability of their own brands when coloured by them. They are Rainbow Club and Gariella & Lucido
New Rainbow Club shoes and handbags can be sent to Rainbow Club for their expert dyeing service. If you have already bought your shoes and bag and are happy that they fit you can order and pay for dyeing here.
If your Rainbow shoes have already been worn you can also use this service as long as they have not been treated with any waterproofing product and as long as you note on the form when sending them that they have been worn and understand that they will not therefore be quite such a perfect finish as dyeing will not necessarily cover all marks
Even if your shoes have been dyed previously they can be dyed again to a deeper colour as long as no waterproofing product has been used and you understand that the result may not be quite as perfect as if they were treating new ivory shoes.
If you wish to buy your shoes & have them dyed straight away this can be done as long as you are sure they will be a good fit. Shoes cannot be exchanged once dyed so if in doubt please order in ivory first & proceed to the dyeing stage once you are sure they will fit.

Normally dyeing takes 10 working days plus postage time. Faster services are available at extra cost.
